Afternoon Creations

Hi.. Hope this finds you all well.. enjoying the Spring...
We ARE warming up here in central Aberta, slooowww but sure. :)....there are leaves trying to bud. :)

..spent the afternoon carving and putting 'a bird on it'!. A customer wants a butter dish with a bird handle.. so I aim to please! . Here it is... hoping that little bird nests well..no cracking allowed! I am not very experienced with 'sculpting', but there she is.

And a few carved mugs...love doing these and need many more....

..also a few doily impressed plates/dishes.

I am off to spend the weekend with my sister and to see my Mom. There is a Mother's Day Tea at my Mom's lodge tomorrow afternoon... hope they have angel food cake with lemon sauce! :)
